Michael Tovey to Present Paper at ISICR Meeting

Michael Tovey, inventor of the iLite^TM technology, will be presenting a paper at the ISICR Meeting to be held on 16-19 September 2007 in Oxford, England.

The title of the talk is: "Characterization of Neutralizing antibodies to Interferons Using a Novel Cell-based Assay". The co-authors are Michael G. Tovey, Christophe Lallemand, Jean-Francois Meritet, Robert J. Erickson and Pierre Lebon.

Neutekbio Booth at UK Interferons Conference

Neutekbio will be cooperating with PBL Biomedical Laboratories and sharing a sales booth at the "50th Anniversary of the Discovery of Interferons" meeting to be held in Oxford, England on 16-19 September, 2007.

Neutekbio invited to Join NABINMS

Neutekbio has been invited to join NABINMS, a specific targeted research project (STREP) established by the European Commission under its 6th Framework Programme.

The main objectives of the project are to setup a European wide network to provide standardized testing of neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) in multiple sclerosis patients and to define the titres that are clinically relevant.

Luncheon Seminar presented by Dr. Michael Tovey, inventor of the iLite^TM technology, at the World Pharmaceutical Conference held in Philadelphia, 12-13 June 2007.

Dr. Tovey's presentation was entitled "A Novel Gene-Reporter Assay for the Detection of Human Type I Interferon Activity and Neutralizing Antibodies to Interferon Alpha and Beta".

The luncheon was sponsored by PBL Biomedical Laboratories.

Neutekbio at Immunogenocity for Biotherapeutics Conference

Neutekbio had an Information Booth at the 8th Annual Meeting on Immunogenocity for Biotherapeutics held in San Diego, California on 8-10 May 2007.

The key presentation was given by Michaela Lerner, Biogen Idec, entitled "IFN-beta Reporter Gene Neutralizing Antibody Assay: Case Study #23."

Neutekbio staff were joined by our American distributor, PBL Biomedical Laboratories.
